Big Brother is het vierde bier uit the family portrait - NEIPA serie. Elke versie wordt met andere hoppen gebrouwen. Big Brother i gebrouwen met HBC472, wat een oaky/Bourbon karakter heeft, maar ook mooie tropische smaken bevat. Azacca zit ook in de tropische hoek, maar heeft ook iets weg van groen gras. Een leuke combi, vinden wij.

Can. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity grassy hoppy tropical fruit aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy peachy tropical fruit flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter tropical fruit finish.

Can. Color: Hazy pale golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus fruit. Taste: Over moderate bitter, grassy and citrusfruit, mainly orange and lime, zest. Some tropical fruit like mango also when standing longer. Light to moderate sweet malty background. A bit rough. Very long lasting bitter finish. Just under medium body, average carbonation. Tending to a Session in my opinion. Ok but not the best of this family series for me.
