Draught at Libertee: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is honey, yeast, fruity esters. Taste is sweet, almost no bitterness. Some honey notes. Solid.

Draught at Wingcraft, 8/18/21.
Light, mildly hazy, golden-to-beeswax with a small, rocky, white head.
Light clove, white pepper and a touch of bubble gum in the nose are balanced fairly well by light honey-like notes from the malt. Touch of breadiness and a clean finish free of alcohol or too much acidic phenol.
In the mouth it's very stereotypical brewpub saison with plentiful spicy phenol. Heavy pepper, light bubble gum and light clove with a substantial, well-attenuated, maltiness and pretty good balance. No alcohol or flaw noted. But very cookie-cutter and ubiquitous.

16 ounce can. Pale gold color. Brief foamy white head. Slightly earthy, yeasty malt aroma. Flavor is bready malt, spicy hops, coriander, white pepper and cloves. Honeyish notes in finish. Tasty.
