Keg at the brewery bar. A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is doughy wheat, banana, spicy, little sorachi maybe. Bready malts. Flavour is composed of semi sweet doughy wheat, banana, grassy hop, little buttery, sorachi ace. Dill. Palate is semi sweet highish carbonation, crisp finish. Not bad.

Cask @ Gas Works Brewbar, Manchester. Cloudy with next to no head. It’s light with his wheat character, and very ale-like in texture.
