Berry Good is a Sweet Tart Ale conditioned on blackberries, red currants, pink guava, and Madagascar vanilla beans.

It was brewed with pilsner and wheat malts, hopped lightly in the kettle with Cryo Pop, and fermented dry with a special lactic acid producing yeast strain from @berkeley_yeast.

Berry Good pours a beautiful purplish-pink hue into a glass and bursts with sweet guava and berry aromas and flavors which are met and balanced by bright and zingy lactic acidity, resulting in a refreshingly tart, fruity finish.

We get notes of tropical guava juice, mixed berry jam, blackberry compote, and fresh, tart berries on top of sponge cake topped with whipped cream.

Draught at Source Urban: pours pinkish red with a white head. Aroma is berries and slight tropical notes. Taste is slightly sour, not too sweet, berry with a tropical touch.

Draft at the Source, 10/1/21. Pink color. Tons of fruit flavor and aroma. Berries, sweetness. More sweetness. Nice flavor. Small portion was the right size for me, but it's good.
