A deliciously complex, smooth and decadent stout, brewed with the addition of salted caramel. Bold and indulgent, a luxurious combination of chocolate, sweet caramel and a touch of salt are intertwined with roasted malt characteristics.

No head on a Coca Cola coloured still body. Caramel, malt & roasted aroma. Medium bodied, soft & clean. Malt, caramel, nutty & salty tastes. No head, no carbonation - something not right here. Sink pour.

Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours almost black with minimal cream head. A strong aroma of peanuts and toffee. Slightly watery in the mouth, but plenty of flavour to make up for it. Initially caramel and lactose, later on dark fruits and peanuts, and finally liquorice and aniseed. Finish is long and dry. Flavouring and stout characteristics are perfectly balanced – excellent !

440ml can: BB 28th May 2021. Drank at home on 20th September 2021. Dark cola body, smooth and lasting tanned topping. caramel nose and initial taste, malty throughout with a mini-bitterness within it's make -up. Expected more body depth to be honest, but I enjoyed the beer.

It’s a little bit thin to be considered decadent, but there are hints of salted caramel in the aroma and flavour (more the former), with some espresso coffee notes, and it’s a decent stout with roasted malt and bitterness well balanced. Looks the part, deep dark brown with a frothy beige head and it slips down very smoothly, but as already said, just a little thin

Nearly opqaue dark brown beer with a smell of toasty malt and a little anise. Don't get salted caramel from this at all really, maybe a little salt but it's mostly just a serviceable, dry stout.

440ml can - Pours a deep dark brown colour with an average sized frothy tan head. The aroma is malty, roasted, bready malts and sweet caramel. A moderately sweet taste, roasted malts and caramel with a semi-dry roasted finish. Not a lot of bitterness and a bit watery and lacking depth of flavour.
