This Wildside was designed to trial a couple of new hops that we've recently discovered, namely Bru1 and Zythos; both cultivated for their powerful aromatics, and intended for particular use in IPAs. The bulk volume of the hops in this beer were added late into the FV to preserve and extract maximum flavour. GLUTEN FREE

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, peach, light butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration, fruity hops, fruity, peach, pale malt, sweet malt, butterscotch notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190125]
