Draught at Row 34, 4/2/22. Hint of haze in this coppery-brass beer. Off-white head immediately fades. Mineral, dandelion, pepper and all the good stuff with no clove or bubble gum. Hops are delicate, not detracting or masking the yeast character, adding light herb and spice. Malty with honey and a touch of sweeter wheat bread with a marmalade character produced by hop and yeast interplay. Mild but ample bitterness. Soft and malty but dry enough with pepper, hop and mineral lingering crisply on the finish alongside lip smacking honey notes from the malt. Pretty well balanced but tending sweet like a lot of Dupont batches.

Draught at As Is: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is straw, floral. Taste is very hopped up. Beer is fairly bitter. Saison amped up. Good.
