Smoked lager brewed in collaboration with our friends at Tonewood Brewing. Brewed with 100% Rabbit Hill Farms malt, including a portion that was smoked over mulberry wood from a tree felled on the farm.

16 oz can from Kevin, via Cork n Bottle, 6/3/25. Pours a mostly clear darker yellowish color with a beige head and some drippy / sticky lacework. Clean, smoky and grainy aroma and flavor profile. Very clean and flavorful. Smooth feel. Tasty, balanced, and well made.

Draught at The Grand Delancey: pours blond with white head. Aroma is light smokiness, the pale malts actually come through in fairly strong. Taste is lightly smoky. Sweet and gentle malts. Quite good.
