Draught at Steel Craft: pours dark brown with small head. Aroma is cardamon, slight roast, light funkiness. Characteristic dark sour, with the spice added bringing out the back. Light roast. Low acid. Solid.

Dark colour. There is a very good balance between the sourness, the fruity charactger, the gentle cardamom, and some residual sweetness.

500 ml at Josh's roof. Appearance: hazy copper with a tan head. Aroma: barrel, rubber, smoke, not very pleasant. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: meh.

Sort of an ugly hazy amber, and a thin head. There's a gin character to this, with a lot of cardamom. That's big. Tart, vinous. For a beer that looks a mess, it tastes great. Of course, I like cardamom. This is tart, and a bit floral,

500mL bottle, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma is full of leather, perfumey notes, and smoke — what a strange aroma. Flavour is smoky and leathery, with some perfume, saison yeast, and earthy notes. Very leathery and smoky. Weird.
