Czech-Style Pale Lager
Inside A Broken Clock is our Czech-style pale lager brewed with Bohemian floor-malted pilsner malt and hopped with Czech Saaz and German Hallertau Tradition. Our little pale Czech lager was then open fermented cold with our house lager strain and lagered, making it extra crisp.

Was drinking this remarking how "holy shit this might be the most flavorful Czech Pils I've had for its size" then see that everyone on here talks about how it's too light of flavor. Haha, as usual, just so far away from most raters on this site.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear light gold with a moderate white head. Aroma is bright grass/spice. Med body. Flavor is breadiness in support of Noble grass/spice. Very good for the low ABV, but the flavor is a bit light compared to a standard Czech pils. Good and refreshing tho.

On tap at WABF 2024, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out spicy hops, some grass, straw, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with sweet grass, some spiciness, and crisp crackery malt. Good flavours but very timid. Needs amping up, especially the hops.

Draft pour at WBF, Fisher Pavillion. Clean pale golden. Lasting oily head. Crisp front, pils makrlts, slightly sweet bready note. Gentle grassy hop, but no bitter. Very mild tasting, simple drinking lager. Pretty good.
