440ml can from Micro Beer Crate, online. Pours a dark reddish-brown, with big beige head, leaves nice top and lacing. Blueberries and fig come through most strongly in the aroma with hints of roastiness and nuts. Taste starts very much with the fruit adjuncts, quite sweet with a malty light roast and caramel smooth background which balances the beer nicely. Get occasional hints of the almond but its mostly lost. Nonetheless this is a very tasty fruity porter.

Can from Lupe Pintos. Slightly hazy ruby body with a thin beige head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of fig, caramel and raisin. Flavour of Dr Pepper and plum. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. An interesting beer with a nice, warming flavour.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep brown and opaque. Fluffy beige head. Nose - mainly blueberry and blackberry, some plum. Dark chocolate lurking. Taste - again mainly blueberry and blackberry. Some brown sugar and chocolate. Palate - light bodied and sweet, a bit thin on the finish. Overall - ok..

Can shared by Grumbo: Poured a brown with orange edges, head is finger beige. Aroma is earthy, rich malts, caramel, chocolate, fruity, figs. Taste is fruity, figgy, chocolate, malty, caramel, nutty, finish is more fruit.

4/9/2021. Can shared at Suffolk’s RateBeerian gathering. From Hopsters, Ipswich courtesy of ITFCdan. Pours cloudy/murky mid-brown with a creamy off-white head. Aroma of fig, malt, bread, sweet almond and blueberry. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.

Murky brown beer, thick foamy head. Light fruity aroma with a good maltiness to it. Flavour is really nicely balanced with some blueberry, a light nuttiness, malt and figs too. It's quite light even though it's pushing 6% but still has enough body to not seem watery. Nice, floral fruitiness in the finish too. I rather like this.
