Liquid Horizon

Poured from a 16 oz can dated July 28?, 2024. The date is blurry and difficult to read. Aroma is moderately malt forward with cracker and biscuit notes. Fairly hoppy as well with lots of passion fruit, guava, and stone fruit. Hints of alcohol. Pours a fairly clear, golden color with a medium large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Medium high amount of lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light cracker malt notes and lighter biscuit. Fairly high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong hop notes of passion fruit, guava and stone fruit. Light dank, resin, oniony notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid pale ale. Nice malt notes with a fun, fruity hop profile. Fairly bitter, but it works well with the malt and hop notes.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma of melon and passion fruit. Med body. Flavor suggests passion fruit and/or pineapple with melon. Pale stone fruit too. It's juicy but towards dry. Definitely bitter. Pale malt in support, but it's hardly noticeable. good flavor.

Can to glass. Clear light gold with minimal off-white head and minimal collaring. Dank, onion and slight citrus aroma. Flavor is dank and moderate bitterness. Quick, dry finish.
