7.4/10 Appearance 8 Aroma 7 Flavor 7 Texture 8 Overall 7.5
Poured from a 26 oz can dated July 24, 2024. Aroma is grain forward with a moderately strong bready note with a hint of cracker. Light floral, herbal hoppy notes with a hint of floral esters. Faint alcohol notes. Pours a fairly clear, yellow-gold color with a large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers in the center. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light bready grain notes and a touch of cracker. Medium low bitterness and faint alcohol notes. Light herbal, floral hop notes with some complimentary floral esters. Mouthfeel is light bodied and crisp with a dry finish and medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid American pilsner. A nice malt profile with an interesting hop profile and fermentation profile adds up to a flavorful lager.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours gold with a moderate white head. Aroma is mildly bready with hops that are grass/spice with something else. Fairly dry. Lightly bitter. Decent but not a Czech IMHO. I'll go along with crisp and light.
