On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has straw and hay notes with a bit of wet grass and a bit of grain underlying. Flavor has lots of straw and some light grass with hay in the finish.

Poured from a 16 oz can. Aroma has nice grain notes. Moderately strong hop notes, a bit floral and herbal with hints of grapefruit and pine. Pours a clear, brilliant, light gold with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderate lacing and no legs. Flavor has a medium light sweetness with light grain notes. Medium bitterness and a hint of alcohol. Moderate hop notes, herbal, spicy and floral. Mouthfeel is light bodied and somewhat crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid pilsner. Great hop character that works well with the light malt notes. Fairly clean fermentation.
