Waxed, capped 375 from Tavour. Pours very dark brn/blk with red edge glints. Aroma has lots of bourbon and some chocolate notes. Full bodied. Flavor is heat, bourbon, smooth, silky burnt malt. Alcohol becomes a flavor covering all. Not dry, but avoiding sicky/sticky. Heat and perhaps burnt malt provide a little bitterness. It's a very tasty ale.
