Can at 5% from Corti Bros. Pours clear gold with a huge foamy white head. Tropical aroma. Med body. Flavor is passionfruit, green melon and some citrtus. No pine. Arguably dry. Moderately bitter. Extremely good, though not strong/harsh, flavor. Very good for a 5% blonde!

Poured from a 16 oz can dated December 19, 2022. Aroma is grain forward with light bread notes. Light hop notes of citrus and tropical fruit. Slightly floral and fruity. Hints of alcohol. Pours a clear, light good with a medium sized, fairly thick, fluffy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers thicker on the edges. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light grain and light bread notes. Medium bitterness and faint alcohol notes. Moderate notes of citrus and lighter notes of tropical fruit with a faint dank note. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Light astringency and faint alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid light ale. Good grain character and clean fermentation. Hop notes are light but present with a bit of a pronounced bitterness.

The beer is a pale yellow tan color. Tight white head. Looks a little fizzy. Big sheets of lacing left on the glass. The aroma is fresh and hoppy but doesn’t overwhelm. Floral and citric hoppiness. Clean simple grain flavor. Taste is crisp and light. Mildly bitter. Quite dry. Lots of the same bright hop notes. Refreshing and very easy to drink. Light on the palate. This is an excellent little beer. Right in line with Cellarmaker’s normal standard for hoppy beer.
