12 ounce bottle. Pours a pitch black hue with a medium brown head. A big nose, cocoa, roast, sweet bourbon. Milky, very sweet malt base, chocolates, anise, licorice. Sweet whiskey. Very smooth.

12oz bottle from Boise Co-op. Near black pour, slight beige head. Chocolaty aroma, light roast. Taste walks a fine line between chocolate and roasty malts. Pretty mild for an 11% ABV.
