Can shared by Kyle, thanks! Pours a murky brown with an amber hue and a no head whatsoever. Aroma has a nice bourbon and caramel combination with toffee and a bit of sweet bread supporting. Flavor has toffee and bread with a growing bourbon with a bit of caramel in the finish.

473mL can. Pours very murky ruddy brown with beige head. Aroma is thick, bourbon, brown sugar, roasted nuts. Flavour has tons of bourbon barrels, brown sugar, nuts. Reasonable complexity and quite enjoyable.

Amber-brown, a bit of haze. No head. There's some alcohol, light caramel. On the palate, it's a bit thin, it's got a nice bourbon note, but probably not enough residual sugar in the base to bring everything together.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma has big bourbon barrels, caramel, toffee, and brown sugar. Flavour is sugary, with lots of brown sugar, and caramel. Fairly simplistic for a near-17% BA barleywine. It's good, but needs more. Good.

16oz (thx, Brian!) @ Matt's house. Appearance: hazy copper with a beige head. Aroma: caramel, American oak, creamy notes, toffee. Taste: along the same lines, very boozy, pretty sharp. Overall: would be cool if this one would have a better integration and be smoother, but it's still good for what it is.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark brown with a transient, miniscule tan head. Aroma of delicious toasted/roasted (not burnt) malt with bourbon. Full bodied. Flavor is very dark toffee, bourbon, oak astringency and arguably a light touch of anise. Not dry, but not sticky. Bitter from heat and malt? Quite tasty.
