Can from Tavour. Pours clear copper/amber with a large, but transient, foamy beige head. Aroma of somewhat amber malt with a mix of aromas. Ginger and cinnamon to be sure. Med body at least. Flavor is malt that's between pale and roast, with ginger, cinnamon and cherries. Not quite dry. A little heat. Decently bitter. A little raisin at the end. Delicious.
