True to our ways of using aromatics and proud of our Quebec heritage, we added some maple syrup to this anniversary brew. The outcome reflects our people: a surprisingly unique, harmonious, powerful, and festive melting pot!

A, dark reddish brown ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, maple, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light licorice, pleasant. On tap at Chambly 2022.
