500 ml can. Pours a dark brown with moderate fizzy tan head that settles quickly. Aromas of caramel, nougat, big sweet bourbon, raisins and bready malts. Flavors of caramel, candi sugar, bourbon, a bit of oaked whisky, and big bready malts. Sweet with a bit of alcohol in the finish. Very good.

Toffee, caramel and booze. Some leather. Pours dark brown. Syrupy texture. Boozy sweet finish. Tap at Golden Handle.

Can, probably from Tavour. Pours very dark ruddy brown with a large foamy tan head. Aroma of chocolate, whiskey and slightly burnt malt. Full bodied. Flavor is chocolate, vanilla, whiskey (not much bourbon I think), and nicely toasted/blackened malt. Far from dry. Not quite sticky tho. Moderately bitter - whiskey stands in for bitterness in part. Delicious.

On tap at Chuck's Greenwood, pours a near-black with a small beige head. Aroma has some fusel alcohol notes upfront, with glue and bourbon barrels. Flavour is quite harsh, with notes of glue, fusel alcohol, bourbon and booze. This is rough, with all sorts of rough edges. The glue and booziness indicates something not going exactly right. Needs work.
