On tap at Reuben's, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out bourbon barrels, molasses, brown sugar and toffee. Flavour is rich and complex, with loads of bourbon barrels, brown sugar, molasses and toffee. Wonderfully blended with impeccable barrel complexity. Lovely.

500 ml bottle. 2022 vintage. Aroma is bourbon, oak and mild roasted malt. Flavor shows mild raisin, fig, caramel upfront. Toward the back end of the ship is mild roasted malt, chocolate with a strong presence of bourbon. There is plenty of bourbon throughout the sip. If you drink this young, you better be a bourbon drinker. This brew is not to be trifled with!

Waxed and capped 500 from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a medium size creamy/foamy/fizzy tan head. Aroma of bourbon, chocolate, burnt malt and rye notes. Full bodied. Flavor is chocolate, bourbon, not quite burnt malt, and noticeable rye. Not dry, but surprisingly in that direction. Bitter from heat and malt. Rye notes persist. Excellent.
