Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours lightly amber tinged gold with a large foamy near white head. Aroma of citrus and mixed tropicals. Light caramel malt. Med body. Flavor is citrus and mixed tropicals - even some pale stone fruits. Light caramel in support. There's a very fresh fruit aspect which seems a mix of peach and passion fruit. Tropical yet towards dry. Moderately bitter. Main thing is the fruit flavor. Very nice indeed.

From a 355ml can on 1/2/2021.Pours a clear medium to dark golden with a small head. The nose features some caramel, resin and pine. Same goes for the flavour - a decent caramel malt background, a bit of sweet citrus followed by some firm piney, resiny hops. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Very solid, well made and enjoyable.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 21A). Can 34 cl - Batch 8067FNZ (BBF unknown). AROMA: medium-low diacetyl, followed by medium-low oxidized hops (isovaleric and dried pine). low malt background a bit on the toffee side. APPEARANCE: light amber color and clear. medium off-white head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with initial medium dried pine notes, slight isovaleric and medium-low dyacetil. medium-high bitterness with a smi-dry and bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an overdue IPA with fermentation issues.
Dark amber pour. Odd nose of sweet wheat.with a twang. Nutty taste with a unique licorice palate
