We dreamed up this beautiful lager with the pros at Anchor Brewing & Moonraker Brewing. It features 100% local malt from Admiral Maltings and was lightly aged in an oak foudre, imparting this crisp brew with sublime woody aroma and subtle vanilla notes.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours clear darkish amber/copper with a large creamy white head. Aroma is woody/green tea. Med body. Flavor is hard to pin down. Bready isn't really in it. Woody works. Green tea may. Pretty dry. Definitely bitter enough. Maybe earthy is reasonable in a non-barnyard way. Very mellow and drinkable. A good experience.
