Rice Lager aged in our oak lagering foeder for 2 months. Brewed with jasmine rice & red rice and lightly dry-hopped with Motueka. Crisp, snappy, zippy, delicate. Notes of lemon zest, puffed rice cereal, gentle oak.

Love me some rice lagers, wish they were more popular, nice sweet oaky touch too. Crisp flavorful nice rice.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
Can from Tavour. Pours clear, bright gold with a large foamy white head. Lemon notes for aroma with a hint of jasmine. Carbonation renders it towards full body. Flavor is lemon zest, jasmine and something green/herb - green onion? Light malt in support, tho it's a bit unusual - rice perhaps is in it. Crisp and clean. Bitter enough to please me. NIce
