Capped 750 from the brewery. Pours dark brn/blk with a small tan head. Aroma of chocolate, smooth bourbon, and smooth toasted malt. Full bodied. Flavor is smooth, strong bourbon with creamy chocolate and toasted malt. I think wood peaks through. The bourbon/heat is quite strong. Adds much to the flavor. This is ridiculously good ale.
