Bottle from Tavour. Pours dark brown with a foamy beige head. Aroma of pale prunus fruits, dark malt and a spicy/peppery aspect. Full bodied. Flavor is pale and dark prunus fruits, dark malt, a spicy/peppery aspect, and some lightly musty oak, red berry and some banana that tastes like those frozen on a stick from the Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk. Finish collapses into dark malt, bourbon and spice. Ever changing. Lots going on with this. Very enjoyable. Heat is barely perceptible.

Tap @ Brewdog, Birmingham. Nice creamy head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are rich bourbon, vanilla, fruits, caramel, wood and hops. Nice long bourbon finish.

Tap @ Brewdog, Birmingham. 11.8 % ABV. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt, dried fruit, light oxidized, wood and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet and rather bitter. Sweet and rather bitter finish with warming alcohol. Oily. 270717

Keg at brewdog merchant city. Pours deep ruby brown, nose is caramel, raspberry, blackcurrant, taste is similar, jammy, oak, quite sweet.

Dark red/brown, thin head. Aroma is chocolate, raisins, caramel. Taste is chocolate, apples, raisins, toffee, malt, vanilla. This is magnificent.
