Precipitator is an 8.0% Double IPA brewed in collaboration with Cloudwater – and released as part of our Carbon Negative Collab Series! An extra special release that proves you CAN make delicious beer and still have a positive impact on the planet.

Brewed using Wildfarmed barley and recaptured and reused hops.

Loaded with lush tropical notes, bright stone fruit, a boozy warmth and a ridiculously smooth body. It’s a carbon-negative beer that’s flavourful and offset-free – that means absolutely no tree planting to offset the damage.

Its full cradle-to-grave lifecycle has been tracked by Zevero. From growing the ingredients, to brewing and packaging, all the way to delivery to your home and then recycling as normal.

Precipitator has –70g of CO2e per can. That’s more CO2e sequestered than an average tree in a day.

Can from Caledonian Craft Beer Merchant. Hazy golden/bronze body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of peach and ready salted crisps. Flavour of nectarine and orange pith. Medium body with a smooth, almost chewy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A solid (if unspectacular) DIPA.

440ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of ripe tropical fruits, pineapple, mango. Taste is the same, ripe tropical pineapple and mango, orange, guava etc. Medium sweet and medium bodied. Solid DIPA given how it's made, just a tad sweet for my liking.
