Ideal beer for pacing yourself on the Leo Sayer All-Dayer. This is our 2.8% light pale ale with a 10g/L dry hop charge of Simcoe and Citra. We've bulked up the body with dextrin malt and maltodextrin so the body is deceptively higher than what you'd expect from the low ABV. Little squeeze of orange in there too for citrus bonus points.

Keg at Heidrun, 12/03/20. Hazed golden yellow with a decent white cap. Nose is melon, grass, tangerine, pale malts. Taste comprises orange peel, toasted grains, airy malts, melon, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with modest hop bitterness. Pretty average affair.

ABV: 2.8%. Cloudy medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet, moderate hoppy, pine, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, citrus, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190122]
