We always search for exceptional pairings with each of our beers. The Orange Blossom Belgian Blonde is a light-to-medium bodied Belgian-Style Blonde Ale which showcases notes of apricot, orange rock candy and honeysuckle. We love seafood, and our team has found that this beer pairs perfectly with a number of preparations of fish dishes. You'll find this Blonde Ale paired in The Dining Room with our seared black cod, in The Bar with our fried whole black bass, and at Moody Tongue Sushi with our madai nigiri with orange zest and sea salt.

Hazy orange colour, small white head. Sugary sweetness, honeyish Belgian yeasty aroma. Light-bodied. Crisp, Belgian yeasty with touch of honey. Simple and a bit homebrewish.

Bottle (From Beer Republic). Slightly hazy amber colour,, medimsized beige creamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is spicy yeast, mild gluelike sweetness with sweet malts and mild fruity tones. Flavour is spicy yeast, some fruity and floral tones with mild sweet malts. Rather Belgian indeed.

Bottle from Trader Joe's. Light orange candy nose. Pours hazy gold under a thick nose. Dunno. Taste is kind of a Blue Moon with a bit more orange peel. A nice swig, but not that impressive. Maybe picking up some adjunct as well.

16oz can. US brewpub level Belgian Ale, not even close to the real thing. Soda-like head fade away fast. Pleasant enough malts, sort of imperfect hairspray, and more subtle odd undercurrents. Not that impressive at all.
