16oz can. Lemony hop tone, odd soapy finish. Earthy. Not really a great example of the style. Drinkable, but not that good.

Cans sent by Great Central for my comment. This has more of a Bavarian pilsner nose. I get no trace of the salt or sodium of a water softened Czech pils. Very light straw colored beer, with a long-lasting, spongy head. Smell is of a very lightly toasted malt, your basic beer smell. Taste comes through bready, maybe cracker-y. Light malts with a slight pepper of German hops.
