Satanic panic is a sociological phenomenon that first arose in the early 80's. Everyone was horrified of being subjected to satanic ritual abuse. We have conjured a satanic ritual in the form of a dark, thick imperial stout brewed with vanilla, molasses, cacao nibs, lactose and freshly roasted coffee. This is our over the top tribute to the darkness.

Oh yeah baby. Bring it on. Lovely tasty and complex black drink.
Deep mahogany color with a nice beige head. Ok lacing down the sides of the glass. Nice aroma intensity. Lots of coffee, vanilla, chocolate and toffee in my nose. Full body and a smooth nice carbonation that fits the beer really nice. A bit oily texture. Powerful and yet balanced flavor. Espresso, vanilla, toffee and chocolate. Velvet mellow sweetness.

08.12.2016, tap (as Satanic Trump Panic, one of the last servings from the barrel, with all the bottom goodines in it) @ Café Sara:
Big brown fizzy-creamy foreverlasting head, very hazy. Looks like a chocolate shake. Aroma is sweet, dark sugar, chocolate, vanilla, caramel sauce, dark malts, toffee, chocolate pudding, minerals, grass, bark. Taste is slightly sour-ish sweet roasted, dark malts, sour coffee, minerals, bark, vanilla, espresso, grass, weeds, roasted grain, cocoa, lactose, hay. Medium bitterness, dry roasted and very dens syrupy mouthfeel. Nice one, if it had only been bourbon barrel aged. :-)
24.10.2015, tap @ Bøker & Børst:

Taste is slightly dry mineraly, dark malts, minerals, grass, weeds, espresso, mild grassy chillies, chocolate, caramel, roasted grain. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and syrupy mouthfeel, burn mineraly finish, mild warming chili touch. Nice.

On tap at Ølfestivalen, Nærbø. A more or less black beer, topped by a dense, finger-thick dark beige colored head. There’s an intense coffee aroma in this one, some licorice and bonfire hints, and then even more coffee. The flavor has a nice bitterness, a sweetness that isn’t too lacto-ish, there’s some cocoa hints and burnt notes, and lots of lovely coffee. It’s full-bodied, warming and nicely carbonated, with an everlasting coffee dominated finish. A bit too warming, but sure a lovely beer. 151017

From tap at Ølfestivalen Nærbø 16.10.15 with ABE and OGJ. Brown. Pale brown head. Arome of bitter dark chocolate, cocoa, vanilla and coconut. Similar taste, balanced with bitterness. Thick and creamy mouthfeel.
