Aromas of backyard barbecue & camp fires are balanced y a crispy body with a dry finish. Fermented cool using our classic lager yeast, Gold Smoke is cellared for several months prior to release.

Undated can drunk 7/7/24. Gold. Clear. Gentle smoke in the nose. Herb and flower with good minerality. Clean. Honey-like malt balances easily. Soft, lighter-bodied, but malty. Good dryness on the end without any big intensity of smoke. Lighter woods oke character with lingering herbal spice and sweet malt.

Can at home. Clear deep gold and fluffy white head. Nose is beechwood smoke. Tatses of wood smoke, sourdough, plum, white wine. Medium bodied. Sweet finish

16oz can c/o Sloth. Excellent stuff. Mildly smoky, still Rauch for sure, but clean and easy drinking too. Really delicious, refreshing. I would drink a lot of this beer if I could.
