It's that time of the year! It's dark outside at 4:17 pm; you're eating more chocolatey cookies, and you only have four hours of daylight to show off your earth toned boots. It's Cuffin' Season! This is the time of the year to seek out a romantic partner for the dark, cold, thermal-underwear wearin' months of the year. Perfect for cuffin', this Irish style red ale boasts notes of caramel, light roast, a hint of tart fruit and dark chocolate that has a semi-dry finish, cleaning the palate inviting you to come back for more!

16 oz. can. A nice Irish Red type pour with a fizzy tan head. Haze or floaties visible. Smell is nice and malty. English hop peeks into the nose after a few sniffs, just slightly earthy. Taste is stright down the amber/brown ale alley. Hops get a little more sharp, malts carry a light suggestion of "Sugar in the Raw," but sweetness is overmatched by the hops, so no worries.

16oz can. Floaties in an amber-brown body. Thin, loud, fast-fading head. Kind of decent chocolate touched malt tone, but doesn't really come together that well in terms of body, balance, general mouthfeel. More drinkable than most of their other trash beers, but still losing points from me for the racial pandering.
