Keg at Pilot Project Milwaukee, 7/31/25. Slightly hazy orange, large off-white head, good retention. Aroma of tropical fruit, pale malt. Taste is tropical fruit... and I typed in my notes "strong hint of pine"... whatever that means. Well balanced. New brewery! Brewery # 2561, USA # 1979, Illinois # 95.

16oz can. Decent enough APA, the orange peel isn't as odd as I would have guessed, but doesn't help the aroma, giving it some candy hairspray tones. Drinkable, but wholly unimpressive. Cringe-inducing name too.

Sampled from the tap at Pilot Project. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light pine and a bit of citrus rind with a bit of grass underlying. Flavor has a grass and pine commination with a touch of bright citrus coming through.

16 oz. can from Orange & Brew. Nov. 15, '22 Giving this a full can sample now. Pouring straight from the can kicks up a thick head. Beer is closer to amber color than many pale ale. American hop load has some pine, but also offers up some citrus. Lighter mouthfeel makes for easy drinking, notwithstanding the snow outside that makes me want to pop a thick stout next. Taster #26 at Beer Under Glass. May 15, 2022 Solid American pale ale hop smell. With pine and resin, and that carries through into the taste. I see I've run out of things to say, since I'm closing in on too many samples. 7-4-7-4-16
