We’ve teamed up with the amazing Other Half from Brooklyn for this very New Zealand Hop focused IPA featuring the amazing Freestyle Hops. This Hazy IPA showcases Freestyles Nelson Sauvin Bliss Processed T90 pellets and Hop Kief, Motueka T90 and Hop Kief and a dash of Mosaic. «Wait a minute, I don’t know what some of those things are» , I hear you say. Well Freestyle Hops from the South Island of New Zealand have been releasing some of the most aromatic hops and revolutionary hop products that this ever developing industry has seen. First up is the Nelson Sauvin Bliss Process. This is a process that tries to capture the more tropical notes that late harvest Nelson can produce but while still retaining all of the beautiful white wine and citrus characteristics that we love from earlier harvest Nelson. Next up is Subzero Hop Kief. This is a concentrated liquid Lupulin product that can be added just before packaging that brings a true to type bright hop aroma and flavour to the already finished beer thereby intensifying hop character even more. So what does this all mean? It means that this is one incredibly aromatic IPA that has a big tropical fruity roundness with citrus fruit accents jumping out every time you bring the beer to you mouth. We get lots of passion fruit, mango with lime juice squeezed over it, fruity white wine and some dank cannabis notes.
