We recently made the trip over to Little Summer Beer Bash hosted by Deya and we got talking about making a collab using two of our favourite newer hops that have been released in recent years. And we also thought, "why not use absolutely loads of them?". So we brewed a Triple IPA with an obscene amount of Strata and Idaho 7. Using T90s, Cryo and CGX this beer is absolutely saturated with these two wonderful hops that are giving us all sorts of aromas of pineapple, passion fruit, citrus, cannabis and red apple.

440ml can. Pours hazy dull orange with a small head. Aroma is boozy perfumed mango puree. Taste has sherbet lemon and mango puree.

Bitter herbal quite clean hops in the Aroma. Flavor is juicy hoppy, surprisingly milkshakes mild, but retains lots of flowers and exotic fruits and pine and grapefruit from the hops

On tap at Garage Universitat. Pours a hazy yellow, small head. Aroma is sweet, rich, caramel, papaya, mango. Rich, full body. Flavour is boozy, sweet and rich, mango, papaya, lots of malt. Nice, but intense. Good TIPA.

Canned 440ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Murky yellow coloured, small to medium sized white head, citrus and alcohol in the nose. Sweet malty, citrusy, light tropical fruits and some alcohol with juicy notes. Light mango as well. Easy-drinkable despite ABV.
