We recently made the trip over to Little Summer Beer Bash hosted by Deya and we got talking about making a collab using two of our favourite newer hops that have been released in recent years. And we also thought, "why not use absolutely loads of them?". So we brewed a Triple IPA with an obscene amount of Strata and Idaho 7. Using T90s, Cryo and CGX this beer is absolutely saturated with these two wonderful hops that are giving us all sorts of aromas of pineapple, passion fruit, citrus, cannabis and red apple.

Keg at Garage Poblenou, Barcelona, Spain. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Sweet, hoppy, orange, mango, pineapple, tropical fruit taste and aroma. I enjoyed this one but it was very sweet indeed.

Bazooko Circus - 440ml can at Taste of Love, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is herbal, light floral. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, herbal, juicy melon, mango, passionfruit, warm boozy alcohol bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Very Deya!

Can. A mild haze on this gold beer, small tidy pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, light, decent fine carbonation. Smooth and slightly fluffy pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Hops deliver soft pine and a decent light savoury skunk streak. Strata sadly not delivering any passion fruit for me but Idaho 7 has it's back and brings that rather spiffing broad spectrum smooth hop fruitiness. Nice job, very drinkable if nothing out the ordinary by today's extraordinarily high dipa standards.

Keg at Brewdoge Tower Hill, 03/01/25.
Moderately hazed golden orange topped with a white cap.
Nose is orange zest, grapefruit, hint of stone fruit, mango, sweet malts.
Taste comprises bitter orange, lychee, cantaloupe melon, pine resin, guava, grapefruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with predominantly juice laden hop bitterness.
Okay TIPA but falls short of best in class by a few notches... a touch overly sweet and lacking bitterness to balance.
