A reimagining of our rustic lager, Big Foam, but hopped with a hefty dose of Nelson Sauvin. Crisp and fresh with bursts of gooseberry and white grape, rounded out with a dry finish

500ml can. Clear golden, big white head. Aroma of malts, grainy/biscuity, very muted grassy hop. Taste is the same, biscuity and grainy malts, very little hop presence from the Nelson just some very light grape/vinous notes, grass, this is extraordinarily bitter, I love a big bitter bastard but this is too much even for me, it's borderline astringent. Really poor effort from Donzoko, a very rare misstep as their lagers are usually outstanding.
