Music pairing – At 1980 – Forget To Remember
Visual pairing – Cocktail (1988)
Previously we brewed a beer called Talking To You Cordless, paired with the 1985 film The Sure Thing. There’s a scene in that film which features a massive European beer collection, and it got us thinking about other films featuring alcoholic drinks or bar-related stories and locations. Of course, up pops Tom Cruise in the 1988 film Cocktail.

Can at home, 7th December 24. Pours a hazy yellow. Aroma is pineapple, and citrus pith. Taste is medium bitter, fresh oranges and pith, light tropical. Very nice

440ml can. Murky yellow, white head. Aroma of pineapple, mango, pine, dank. Taste is very fruity, pineapple, mango, dank herb/weed, pine, grapefruit, low-ish bitterness. Medium bodied. Great IPA.
