We teamed up with Derby/Notts legends Bang The Elephant Brewing Co to brew our latest DIPA. As is always the case with our DIPA's - its deceptively drinkable - the ABV is well hidden. We used bags of Mosaic in the whirlpool, then bags and bags of Citra and Nectaron as a dry hop as fermentation came to an end. The result is a bit special. We love it!

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of overripe peaches, tropical fruits, berries. Taste is very sweet, all the overripe peach, berries, and tropical fruits, papaya, pineapple, there's no booze at all so this is a DIPA that drinks like a pale ale. Medium bodied. Just a shame this is so sweet really.

Can from Eltham Wines. Can from Eltham Wines. Murky gold pour with a white head. Quite a herbaceous nose, splosh of tropical fruits, white peach, grapefruit. Taste is mango, pineapple, papaya, passionfruit, grapefruit. Classic dipper flavours. Nice aftertaste.
