We teamed up with Derby/Notts legends Bang The Elephant Brewing Co to brew our latest DIPA. As is always the case with our DIPA's - its deceptively drinkable - the ABV is well hidden. We used bags of Mosaic in the whirlpool, then bags and bags of Citra and Nectaron as a dry hop as fermentation came to an end. The result is a bit special. We love it!

Can. Okay, this is a room splitter! A mild haze on this orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, light but plenty creamy sweet. Cooling pine hops into good ripe stone fruits. Piney peach and Nectarine in abundance. Light bright citrus, a touch of Motueka lime. Light crisp piney hop fruity finish. Bright, breezy and very refreshing. No idea what other people have been drinking but what passed my slobbering cakehole was rather good! What?

On tap at Low Key Taproom Ashford. Turbid gold colour lasting white head. Looks like fresh pineapple juice.. And there is some fresh pineapple on the flavours. Hides abv well. Light bitterness. Mostly pineapple flavour some pulpy fruit flavour. It's fine Not much bitterness. OK for a hazy strong pale ale mouthfeel is OK not thick.

200ml draught at Brygg. Filmy layer over a cloudy golden body, clingy lacing. Promising peachy aromas with a floral scent. Refreshing hop fruity taste of peaches, apricot, and citrus, soft malts beneath. Ends fruity and semi-sweet. Well bodied. Just okay. (Oslo, 16.08.2024).

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange, pine and juicy apricot. Flavour of orange, pine and peach. Medium to full body with a chewy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. This is stunning. Pipeline are brewing absolutely brilliant IPAs/DIPAs.
