Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours clear yellow with a tight, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of fresh pale biscuits, bitter hay, a little grass, sourdough, cereal. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Super clean to finish, light dryness, more fresh, pale biscuits, soft bitterness. Outstanding.

Bottle from Against The Grain. Golden body with a faint haze and a white head that slowly fades. Fine carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of straw, white bread and earth. Flavour of doughy malt and peppery earth. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. It’s good but doesn’t quite hit the heights of the most magical Kernel beers.
