Brewed in collaboration with Haandbryggeriet from Norway, this is a special kind of beer. A brett fermented golden ale brewed with apricots and aged in French oak barrels. Tart, funky, and full of semi-sweet acidity from the fruity ingredients.

750 ml waxed bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.66%. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, moderate to small white head. Strong aroma of apricots, oak and brettanomyces / farmhouse, spicy hints. The flavour has some fruity acidity, but is not extremely sour. Distinct notes of apricots, brettanomyces and oak, moderate hops. Moreish.

Bottle at ash's. Pours hazy orange, nose is massive apricot, funk, toffee, taste is juicy, oak, light brett.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - cloudy yellow. Off white lacing. Nose - seriously intense apricot with a sour and funky underlay. Taste - sour dominant over apricot. Palate - sour and persistent. Overall - very nice.

750ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Fruity and mildly funky, bretty aroma, notes of apricot, overripe apricot, overtones of white grapes, a cautious oaky touch. Taste is dry, fruity and mildly funky, notes of apricot, overripe apricot, some residual sweetness, a tart-ish touch; minimally vinous finish with hints of white grapes and an oaky touch. Nicely balanced, quite fruity, a bit monotonous.

Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a small average, frothy and open, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, frutiy yeast, moderate to heavy stone fruit, apricot. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apricot, fruity apricot, sweet malt, sweet fruit, stone fruit, light farmyard - brett. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180929] 7-3-7-3-15
