Our first release celebrating Hop City 2024. This is a super smashable 6.0% IPA, showcasing Crosby Hop varieties and made with some of our favourite breweries.

Fidens of Albany, New York, Sudden Death from Lübeck, Germany, and from closer to home, Floc from Canterbury.

This juicy and thick 6.0% IPA is overloaded with Azacca, Idaho 7, Idaho 7 CGX (R) and Columbus CGX(R) hops, given you aromas and flavours of passionfruit, mango, and peach, with hints of pine, lemon and black pepper.

440ml can. Aroma of sweet tropical fruits, guava, passionfruit, candied mango. Taste starts sweet, tropical, guava, passionfruit, mango, peach, some peppery hop spice and piney bitterness coming in at the end to stop it from being too sweet. Medium bodied, soft.

Keg @ Northern Monk Refectory, Manchester. Hazy golden with a small head. Lots of pine in aroma, which is more subdued and perhaps a tad grassy in taste.

Can from Caledonian Craft Beer Merchant. Hazy deep golden body with a thin white head that fades. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pine, mandarin and peach. Flavour of orange barley, tangerine and orange jelly. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. It’s a touch sweet but it’s a decent IPA.
