We teamed up with the magnificent team at Hop Burns & Black to brew a beer for their 10th Birthday.
This is the first time we’ve used NZ Cascade in the brewery and it doesn’t disappoint. We’ve chosen to showcase it alongside two other complex varieties from New Zealand; Rakau and Motueka to produce grapefruit driven citrus, overripe tropical fruit and subtle red berry.
Mr Fluff is a nod to their fluffy cat Neko, we hope we did him proud.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
440ml can. Murky yellow, white head. Aroma of peach, zesty citrus, tropical fruits. Taste is peachy and tropical, pineapple, zesty citrus, grapefruit, a bit of lime (but Motueka not prominent here), some earthy notes amongst it all. Medium bodied.
