Brown with a creamy, white head. Woodsmoke aroma. Toffee. Faintly of berries. Taste is bittersweet with the caramel sweetness taking the upper hand. There’s enough smoked bitterness to keep it interesting. Body to the full side of medium, moderate to mild carbonation. Certain not a Maibock. Good.
