Salty Sour is gebrouwen met ⅓ deel gerst en ⅔ tarwe. Door deze combinatie is het een romig bier geworden en vergelijkbaar met een witbier. Het is een Gose, dus natuurlijk is het ‘tart’, friszuur en daarbij gekruid met gekneusde korianderzaad en zeezout.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Coriander, yeasty. Taste: Light to moderate tartness, fruity lime, coriander, bit salty, yeasty hints, wheat malt. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Ok Gose.

Good head, lightly yellowish, over deeper golden beer with not much visible carbonation. Mineral, spicy, herbs; hints at lactic acid. Sourish, lactic acid, and almost really salty. Aftertaste has more spice. Low carbonation, quite slick. Quite convincing as Gose, but it needs a bit more beef and some body.

Fles thuis geprobeerd. Het is een helder licht goudgeel bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een aroma van gist en wat druif achtig. De smaak is fris zuur, granny Smith, met een hint zout in de afdronk.
