Aroma has apricot and peach. Piney undertones. Has a dusty element in the taste which is a shame but otherwise nice sharp flavour of yellow stone fruit.

From bottle at Carnivale Brettyanomyces 2024. Herbal aroma with juniper, pine tree, notes of lemon and grape. Medium body. Nice and dry, sour flavour, bit acidic. Interesting and crisp, herbal.

Geprobeerd met LiekevdV op feest bij Keukeman. Het is een licht troebel goudgeel bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een aroma van gras, stro en gist. De smaak is fris zuur, wrang met tonen van jeneverbes.

Tap at La Fine Mousse, Paris, 1st February 24. Pours a light straw colour. Aroma is tart, herbal, juniper. Taste is tart, refreshing lots of juniper. Lovely tart saison
