In het vat is hier een flinke brett bijgegaan. Na 9 maanden heeft het bier nog een dosis dryhop gekregen van Nelson Sauvin. Deze "witte wijn" achtige hop, samen met de brett, zorgt voor een heel bijzonder bier.

Bottle. Getting the cork out was a hell of a job. Ending with pishing the lower part of the cork in the bottle... ;). Color: Hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma: Fruity stone fruit, tartness, funky hints. Taste: Moderate tartness, some bitterness too, leathery Brett, some wood, subtle fruity notes of pear and stone fruit. Finishing more to the dry and bitter side. Medium body, almost no carbonation Not that complex, but ok overall.

Glas gedronken tijdens Brabants bierfestival 2024 in Oirschot. Goudgeel ,licht troebel bier met mooie schuimkraag die snel wegtrekt. Aroma is zuur. Smaak is zuur, fruitig. Weinig nasmaak.

Geprobeerd op het Brabants Speciaalbier Festival in Oirschot met LiekevdV, Inoven, Benzai en Roelzie. Het is een goudgeel bier met weinig tot geen schuim. Het heeft een aroma van gist. De smaak is vol, fris zuur en gist achtig.
